EnDura Oilfield Seals
The ENDURA® range of elastomer materials has been specifically developed for use in downhole, surface and subsea oilfield equipment and offers excellent Explosive Decompression (ED) or Rapid Gas Decompression (RGD) resistance. The range includes material grades that provide the ultimate in chemical resistance and low temperature performance.

PERLAST Perfluoroelastomer FFKM
Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) is the most chemically resistant elastomer available and is effectively a rubber form of PTFE. Perlast® grades provide other properties which prove most valuable in critical sealing applications where purity, high temperatures and retention of sealing force are paramount.

DETECTASEAL for Pharma & Food processing
The DETECTASEAL® range includes FDA compliant grades of EPDM, Nitrile, Silicone and Fluorocarbon (FKM) compounds
Available in blue and black, DETECTASEAL® O-rings have been tested and proven in use at leading pharmaceutical and food manufacturing plants. Fragments of DETECTASEAL® as small as 2mm can be identified by x-ray and in-line metal detection equipment in process lines.

The Kimura range of high performance elastomer materials utilize a controlled molecular architecture which provides a unique self-reinforcing polymer structure, eliminating the need for fillers of any kind. Polymicro Microfiber Seamless Filter Bag
This is a hybrid, combining the best features of filter cartridges and conventional filter bags. The result is superior depth, pore gradient and seamless construction.
BOS MAX heavy duty seamless filter bags have an advanced design that provides extended life and increased efficiency.
A Polyloc® ring is sonically welded to the filter bags, providing a hermetic seal between the bag and the housing.
FerrX 5000® Magnetic Separator
The patented FerrX 5000 is specifically designed to remove ferrous materials from the effluents used to clean and rinse the surface of automotive and other welded body units, prior to the paint application. By positioning powerful rare earth magnets in the effluent stream, FerrX 5000 suspends and traps ferrous particles.
No disassembly or daily attendance by plant personnel is needed.
